I’ve spent over 12 years in the wellness industry – learning, stumbling, and trying every wellness practice under the sun. Along the way, I’ve developed a coaching approach that’s grounded in what matters most. No fads, no fluff – just real, practical tools that help you make wellness your own.
But most importantly, I’ve been in your shoes. I know how discouraging it is to feel like everyone else, in the real world and online, has their health and wellness down to a science and you're the only one that's been left behind. I know what it feels like to try all the workouts, diet trends, self-help books, meditations, and free tips, and having none of them work. I’ve been there, too tired, too hungry and too frustrated to stay on the so-called “healthy” bandwagon. And I know how empowering it is to finally discover a wellness approach that fits.
