‘WHERE DO THE HAPPY PEOPLE LIVE?’ A TEDX TALK BY SONIA JHAS

As a society, we’re being sucked into the vortex of social media more than ever. We need to bring awareness to what this is doing to our mental health and well-being, because it’s not okay. We’re not okay.

I believe it’s time for us to un-layer and reconnect with ourselves.
It’s time for us to come back home to who we really are.
It’s time for us to redefine happiness.

My hope is that my TEDx talk “Where do the happy people live?” will help you take an honest look at what you really want for yourself.

Because it’s hard.
The work is hard.
But it’s also so worth it, I promise.
