Pico De Gallo With Avocado!

I’m kind of obsessed with this recipe. I often use it is as a dip, stuff it in a wrap, or eat it as a side salad with some meat! It’s tangy, spicy, and really hits the spot. Spice it up to your hearts-content… you can’t go wrong!



3 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, minced
1/2 cup white onions, chopped finely
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1-2 jalapeños, minced
the juice of 5 fresh limes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 tsp salt
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 avocado, chopped



  1. Chop tomatoes, white onions, cilantro, avocado, and place in a bowl
  2. Mince green onions, jalapeños, garlic cloves
  3. Mix minced mixture together lime juice, olive oil, and salt
  4. Combine with chopped mixture and toss well
  5. Chill in the fridge
  6. ENJOY!!! 🙂
