Pico De Gallo With Avocado!
I’m kind of obsessed with this recipe. I often use it is as a dip, stuff it in a wrap, or eat it as a side salad with some meat! It’s tangy, spicy, and really hits the spot. Spice it up to your hearts-content… you can’t go wrong!
Recipe:
3 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, minced
1/2 cup white onions, chopped finely
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1-2 jalapeños, minced
the juice of 5 fresh limes
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 tsp salt
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 avocado, chopped
Directions:
- Chop tomatoes, white onions, cilantro, avocado, and place in a bowl
- Mince green onions, jalapeños, garlic cloves
- Mix minced mixture together lime juice, olive oil, and salt
- Combine with chopped mixture and toss well
- Chill in the fridge
