GOOEY GLUTEN-FREE BROWNIES
Let’s be honest – there are some days when only a brownie will do. And not one of those ‘light’ brownie options, but decadent, indulgent, ‘death by chocolate’ sort of brownies, which is why this recipe is a must try. In fact, it’s not even a recipe – it’s like a culinary super power, it’s that good.
I have to say, these gluten-free brownies are delicious! They’re dense, fudgey, and will satisfy even the most intense chocolate craving! Give them a try the next time you find yourself on the hunt for something sweet and let me know what you think!
1 cup sweet potato puree
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs, whisked
¼ cup melted coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut flour
5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9 x 9 baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and then mix in dry ingredients until well combined
- Spread batter into pan and bake for 35 mins
- Let cool for 10 – 15 mins and ENJOY!!!
