DAIRY-FREE, FLOUR-FREE COOKIES
Who doesn’t love a cookie that’s good for us without sacrificing flavour? This is literally one of the EASIEST cookie recipes of all time! They are so easy that mixing up a batch after a long day of work or running around after your kids is no big deal — it requires that little energy!
Not only are these cookies absolutely easy and delicious, but they’re also dairy-free, flour-free and gluten-free! That’s right, you can have your cookies and eat them too! It’s win, win, win!
3 bananas, mashed
1/3 unsweetened apple sauce
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix all of the ingredients together
- Roll into small balls and place on baking pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- Let cool and ENJOY!!!
