Emilie Dingfield of Glow Magazine came to my Bums & Tums class at FitSanity. She liked it so much that she decided to do a review for the magazine! The class got top marks for strength and cardio, but didn’t do AS well in the “fun” category, which frankly wasn’t surprising. I mean, it’s hard to really enjoy doing a hundred jump squats! In my eyes, it’s like the saying goes: “Exercise: first you feel like dying. Then you feel reborn”. For Emily, the rewards – both mental and physical – came the next day!
Check out what Emily had to say about the class! 🙂
