Lean Quinoa Meatballs!

Here’s another easy recipe for you to try! These meatballs take minutes to make, are super versatile, and taste delicious. The flavours are amazing and man are they filling!



1 pound extra lean ground beef, chicken, or turkey
3/4 cup cooked quinoa 
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup grated zucchini
2 1/2  tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 egg, lightly beaten



  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients
  4. Shape into 16 balls and transfer to the prepared baking sheet
  5. Roast until cooked through and golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes
  6. ENJOY!!! 🙂
