Protein-Packed Cupcakes!

Here’s a fantastic cupcake recipe that will make your waistline and tastebuds happy! These little treats are perfectly sweet and filled with protein… you really can’t go wrong!

 

Recipe:

1/2 cup organic coconut flour
3 eggs
4 egg whites
2 1/2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
2 tbsp pure maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
1 cup light coconut milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp baking powder

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix cupcake ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
  3. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes
  4. Allow to cool and ENJOY!!! 🙂
