No Bake Energy Bites!
These delicious treats take 2 minutes to prepare – literally! They taste amazing and are the perfect little CLEAN snack before workouts (or as dessert of course)! Because the recipe is so simple, you can easily make substitutions. Don’t like dark chocolate chips? Use cut up dry fruit instead! Want more coconut? Go for it! The options are limitless!
1 cup dry rolled oats
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional / add more or less)
1/2 raisins (optional / add more or less)
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
- Place bowl in fridge and let chill for approx. 30 – 40 minutes
- Once chilled, roll up into little balls (whatever size you want)
- Store in an air-tight container
- Enjoy!!! 🙂
