No-Bake Coconut Squares!
Here’s a no-bake recipe that takes just a few minutes to make! Personally, I love these squares just as they are, but feel free to modify the recipe to include delicious add-ons such as dark chocolate chips, carob chips, or anything else you please!
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup agave nectar or pure maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional!)
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor
- Remove and press mix evenly into a plastic container or small baking pan (i.e. 6 x 6)
- Store in fridge for at least one hour before cutting into pieces
