Gluten-Free Brownies!

I have to say, these guilt-free / gluten-free brownies are surprisingly delicious! They’re dense, fudgey, and will satisfy even the most intense chocolate craving! Give them a try the next time you find yourself on the hunt for something sweet. 🙂

 

Recipe:

1 cup sweet potato puree
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs, whisked
¼ cup melted coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut flour
5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt

 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9 x 9 baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients and then mix in dry ingredients until well combined
  3. Spread batter into pan and bake for 35 mins
  4. Let cool for 10 – 15 mins and ENJOY!!! 🙂
