Crustless Italian Quiche!
This recipe may seem a little lack luster, but let me tell you, it’s a STAPLE in my clean-eating diet! These little quiches are easy to make, they store well, and they come in super handy when you need a snack or light meal on the go! This recipe is packed with protein, flavour, and really hits the spot when you need a savoury nibble!
Give it a try – you won’t be sorry!
2 large eggs
2 egg whites
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp italian seasoning
2 cup fat free cheddar cheese
2 cups veggies, finely chopped (Get creative! Try spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, broccoli, or whatever else you want!)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, salt, pepper, seasoning, and garlic
- Stir in veggies and cheese
- Lightly spray muffin tin
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from pan
