Clean Crock Pot Chicken!
Here is a SUPER easy recipe that will come in handy for weekday dinners! All you need is a crockpot, a few easy ingredients… and voila, you have a delicious clean meal! Get creative and add in some additional spices or top with some light cheese and sour cream… you won’t be sorry!
3 lbs chicken breasts
4 medium tomatoes, diced
12 oz. (1 jar) clean salsa
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 cup chopped bell peppers
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp cracked chili flakes
1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Place all ingredients into crock pot
- Cook on low for at least 7 hours
- After 7 hours, shred chicken in crockpot
- Serve in a whole wheat tortilla or eat as a stew
