Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies!

These no-bake cookies are the perfect solution to any sweet-tooth dilemma! Not only do they taste amazing, they can also be modified to suit any pallet!  Feel free to adjust the chocolate to peanut butter ratio, or add in some extra banana and chocolate chips! Go wild!



1/2 cup all natural creamy peanut butter 
1 small very ripe banana, mashed
1/3 cup all natural maple syrup, or honey, or agave
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond milk or skim milk
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1/8 teaspoon ground sea salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)



  1. Heat peanut butter on stove or microwave until melted
  2. In a large bowl, mash banana and mix in melted peanut butter
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until thick and fudgey
  4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Drop cookie dough on baking sheet (approx 2 tbsp per cookie)
  6. Mold cookies into desired shape
  7. Place in fridge for 2 hours or longer
  8. ENJOY!!! 🙂
