Now that spring is here, it’s time to start indulging in some refreshing treats! This homemade frozen yogurt takes minutes to make and really satisfies the Ben & Jerry’s creavings! Enjoy this recipe as-is or vary it up by adding in some blended frozen banana!
2/3 cup fat free greek yogurt
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
1 – 2 tbsp sweetener of choice – stevia, all natural maple syrup, agave, or honey
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended
- Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe bowl and freeze for approximately 30 minutes
- Remove from freezer and ENJOY!!! 🙂
