Chocolate-Chia Protein Pudding!
Here’s a light summer recipe that is sure to please! It takes minutes to make and is packed with goodness. If you’re serving it as dessert, jazz it up by garnishing it with dark chocolate curls or sliced banana!
1 cup sliced banana
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup white chia seeds
4 pitted medjool dates
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend banana, almond milk, dates, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla extra until smooth
- Pour mixture into bowl and stir in chia seeds
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- ENJOY!!! 🙂
