Banana Walnut Protein Cake!
I can’t tell you how much I LOVE this recipe! Seriously – this cake is super easy to make, tastes delicious, and is full of wholesome goodness. I have no doubt you’ll enjoy it!
Recipe:
1/2 cup Stevia or sweetener of choice
4 egg whites
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
4 large bananas smashed
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups oat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup skim milk or almond milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Combine all ingredients and mix together well
- Pour into baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes
- Allow to cool and ENJOY!!! 🙂
