How I Make My Toddler’s Green Smoothies

My daughter is 21 months old and over the last few months she’s become a super picky eater! Luckily, she has a green smoothie everyday… so I can breathe easy.

Recipe:

1. Heaping handful of dark leafy greens (i.e. kale and spinach)
2. 2-3 florets of broccoli
3. 1/2 ripe banana
4. 1/2 cup strawberries
5. 1/2 cup mango
6. 1/4 avocado
7. Water

Get creative and experiment with flavours… you can’t go wrong! πŸ™‚
