Sometimes all you need is a chair to kick things up a notch!

Do this sequence to blast your triceps, shoulders, and core. Set your timers and do 30 secs of each exercise back to back. Take a break for 30 secs – 1 min… and then repeat 6 to 8 times! 🙂
