Mountain Climbers With Gliders
I LOVE gliders! This move is a staple in my repertoire because it really maxes out your legs and core. Take it at your own pace, but try to push as hard as you can while maintaining good form and technique!
I suggest you try this Tabata style. 20 secs max effort, 10 secs rest, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 mins.
You will feel the burn! 🙂
