Max Out Your Muscles With Gliders
I’m obsessed with these little purple disks! I take them everywhere with me because they’re the easiest way to maximize a workout without having to lug around weights and other accessories.
Here are three of my favourite glider exercises:
1. Alternating reverse lunges
2. Mountain climbers
3. Tricep push ups
Give these moves a shot… the gliders take some getting used to, but once you’re comfortable, you’ll LOVE (and appropriately hate) them! 🙂
